After the Demand Letter was transmitted, The Senior Account Officer and the one in Lock and Unblock Dept. are not responding. How can I pay the tax if they will not respond. They even give a deadline to pay and wanted to file case against me if no payment is given.

My personal trainer is Maxine Marcado, she just keeps on promising to assist me. We communicated thru skype but continuously promises time to coach me but did not happen to really coach me on promised schedule dates and time me until the time my account got washed out and there isnt any single cents left infact it is even negative. Maxine’s advise is to redeposit $1500 and the company will deposit the same amount, so i did what was said, she asid sher will help me gain my losses, bit again she went on missing our scheduled coaching sessions until finally she did not communicated at all and my $720 is left in my account without any trading tools. I dont see how i can still recover all my investments because oceanmarkets dont even allow withrawals. They are violating my rights for not allowing me to withdraw a single amount of my hard earned investment. I have communicated with their customer service but still they are useless and keeps on promising that i will be contacted soon but no one really contacted mo for almost two months already. How frustrating!

Early this year I invested my money to the trading platform called Oceanmarket my Personal expert name Maxine Mercado, she has a skype and email she contact me through phone everyday. The reason I trusted my money to this company is I am planning to have a long term business, and that moment is I was 3 months pregnant. First they ask me to comply a requirements a barangay certification and a valid ID after I emailed all the documents I deposited $500 from my personal savings and the walk through started, she even taught and explain to me all the possible learnings and earnings I can get and even lure me to invest $5000 to get and insurance. After a month my balance started to diminished because of my negative trades and my PE said they will infused company funds so that my account will still be active and wont be wiped out and they will be the one who will handle my account because they will execute a trade on my behalf since the money infused money to my account in addition to that i can’t access to my account and I cant make a withdrawal. I can only withdraw money from my account if I deposited again amounting to $500 and I did deposit money using my Credit Card that was my last resort since all of my savings are already invested to that company. May 2022 I deposited the money, Maxine is slowly losing here interest calling and updating me . She told me that it takes only 1 day to process the withdrawal from my account. She didnt even consider my status that time knowing I am pregnant ive been to much stressed and she knew that, I dont have a work to pay for my dues. Until June no longer messages from her. I hope you will help me get back my money.
