i opened an account with alpha crypto markets 5 years ago , I invested 1000usd in bitcoins. i left the account go dormant for the profits to accumulate, i treid opening the account but it didnt open, there was a chat room at the bottom of the page if i needed assisted , i opened the chat and i got texting a person who referred to themselves as john, i explained to him what was happening with my account and he said he could help me. i placed my trust in him he was working for the company . john asked me for my details , emails, password and a copy of my passport so he could retrieve my account . he told me this would take up tp 45 minutes to an hour . so i waited. he came back and told me my account was now active and i could access my fundsthat there was 660,000 usd in the account but that there was a maintence fee on the account because the account was left dormant . i did recieve the message on my screen asking me for 60 usd , but john asked and demanded that it was 60,000 usd and insisted on it . i insisted that it was 60 usd and he asked me for a screen shot so i sent him a screen shot of it, but he coontined to argue and bargain with me , he went and said that if i 10,000 usd i could with draw 100,000 usd . so i insisted that i would pay the original asking fee but he refused, i went back into the account page and the fee had changed from 60 usd to 60,000usd
so he left the chat after i insisting i speak with management or a supervisor, he faild to do so . i went back in the home page of alpha crypto markets and sent an email to their support team. Today when i opened my email box i had recieved emails back telling me i was greedy and uneducated .from the same person JOHN. he also told me he was closing my account , i tried to access the account and i was locked out of it it did not recognise my email or password , i am not at the loss of my funds. i am a retired army veteran coming up to my old age pension i was depending on the profits from my bit coin account to see me into my old age, surely something can be done about this .
