J’ai souscrit 2 contrats chez Magasset Spain en 2019. Angel pour 70009.74 et Véolis pour 76645.92. Angel arrivait à échéance fin Décembre 2021 mais le rachat proposé était trop bas et j’ai décidé de surseoir jusqu’à fin 2022.Véolis arrivera à échéance fin 2023. Mais le No de téléphone 0971072773 n’est plus attribué et je n’ai aucun moyen de les joindre. Je suis de plus en plus persuadé de m’être fait arnaquer. .

J’ai en effet été assez idiot pour souscrire un contrat Angel ( 76645.66 €) et un Véolis( 70009.74 €) chez Magasset et je n’y trouve plus d’interlocuteur, le No de tél 0971072773 n’étant plus attribué; Il s’agit manifestement d’une arnaque. Je n’arrive pas à vous envoyer le formulaire que j’ai rempli car je ne comprends pas le consigne “Please write…” en Anglais.

Je suis de plus en plus persuadé de m’être fait arnaquer par Magasset – Spain pour avoir bêtement souscrit 2 contrats en SCPI pour: Angel 76645,92 € et Véolis 70009,74 €. N’ayant plus d’interlocuteur chez Magasset, leur No de tél 0971072773 n’étant plus attribué je cherche des voies de recours. On me dit que ma banque aurait dû m’lalerter lors de mes souscriptions, ce qui n’a pas été le cas. M. Delépine 0764480121
