It is essential to exercise caution and conduct deep research before engaging with any online trading platform, including Yves Kapital.

To help you make an educated decision, consider checking out our in-depth reviews of two other companies we have recently examined: TPSFX Markets and EpicXOption.

Is Yves Kapital Legit or a Scam?

When researching an online broker, the first and most important step should always be to find out if they have a regulatory license from a financial institution. This will tell you whether they are regulated by a central authority or if you are dealing with an offshore and/or unregulated investment company.

Unfortunately, Yves Kapital is not regulated or authorized to operate by any major regulatory authority, which means it will be a difficult process to withdraw from this company if they decide to ignore your request or suspend your account for trivial reasons.

If a broker is not licensed by the regulatory authority in your jurisdiction, that likely means they are unregulated and should be avoided. Even if the brokerage is regulated, it is best to avoid it if the regulator happens to be outside your jurisdiction.

  2. We, my husband Oystein Follegg and myself, Grethe Follegg, was conducted by an Englishman Called Daniel Vella, representing a tradingcompany in London, named 72option. He spoke very excited about something he called
d trading. Himself being our broker if only we would try this amazing experience of making money and getting rich in no time. He offered two rounds each of 500USD as a welcomepresent.(1000USD) Me not being quite clear in my concentration thought of it like Norwegian kroner, 500kr x 2 = 1000N.Kr. After having told my husband about this we decided to give it a try.
After having traded the two rounds with him, which was unknown and difficult to me, being the one of us talking and understanding English best, and had to do the trading with him, he suddenly changed his behavier and got rude and unpleasent to me. Because I had aksepted his two offers and spent them he told me I had to continue trading with him right away. Now I understood it was much more money than I thought at first. He commanded me to give him 500USD right away and continue my trading. Confused I did as he told me. We hade some savings we agreed to offer, when Daniel promissed we would have the money back in short time. We traded again, and now he commanded me doing the same prosidier one more time. We protested but he got very mad with me, and I had to follow him because if I didn’t we risked loosing all the money in short time. Next morning he called me again and I had do spend three hours on the phone listening to him telling us how to continue this nightmare. It included insurences too, and the money ran from our accounts to their bank in London. Day after day, week after week he kept calling us. Telling us to continue spending money on trading, more insurences. At last after having spent 54750USD ( 486951 NKr.) I told him enough was enough. From now he had to spend money we allready had payed for further trading. We wouldn’t spend more from now. We had no more money. Bankloans included. We got afterwords a contract we had to sighn, which told us we had to trade until we had a account on 2 million Dollars. Would take years. At that time I was totally exhausted and ended in hospital with a bleading digestion, and a very low bloodpersent. After that I told Daniel I couuldn’t proseed doing this. He would not listen to me. We have tried to get our money back for years. Our tradingaccountwas by then like 90.680USD. Several persons, unserious ones, have promissed helping us, but fooled us instead. Can you please help us. Sincerely Grethe and Oystein Follegg
