It is essential to exercise caution and conduct deep research before engaging with any online trading platform, including AlphaSoft.ai.

To help you make an educated decision, consider checking out our in-depth reviews of two other companies we have recently examined: HOINEX and Hotcapital Stox.

Traders Opinion

The first step to protecting yourself from fraudulent parties online is to do thorough due diligence on the companies and entities that you are planning to send the funds to. In all probability, there have been other traders who have already used the same service, and have expressed their opinions and feedback online on various forums.

Reading reviews from other traders who have experienced AlphaSoft.ai firsthand is crucial in determining the broker's reliability. These reviews offer insights into the platform's functionality, customer service, and overall trading experience, allowing potential investors to make informed decisions.

After conducting some research on various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), as well as online trading forums, a general theme emerged where users were dissatisfied with their experience with AlphaSoft.ai. Based on this user feedback, it appears that AlphaSoft.ai is not a trustworthy broker, and hence, extreme caution should be applied before investing through their brokerage platform.

There are a lot of brokers out there operating under fake company names or that have other fraudulent operations. A little bit of preliminary research can go a long way in protecting you and your finances.

How To Withdraw From AlphaSoft.ai?

If your funds are stuck in your AlphaSoft.ai account, you should try to reach out to them first and request a withdrawal by every possible means so that you have proof to show authorities later on if they refuse to process your withdrawal.

Unfortunately, AlphaSoft.ai is not regulated or authorized to operate by any major regulatory authority, which means it will be a difficult process to withdraw from this company if they decide to ignore your request or suspend your account for trivial reasons.

If a broker is not licensed by the regulatory authority in your jurisdiction, that likely means they are unregulated and should be avoided. Even if the brokerage is regulated, it is best to avoid it if the regulator happens to be outside your jurisdiction.

Investing time in research before trying to invest on a suspicious broker can save you from potential losses and unnecessary stress.

Is AlphaSoft.ai Legit or a Scam?

When researching an online broker, the first and most important step should always be to find out if they have a regulatory license from a financial institution. This will tell you whether they are regulated by a central authority or if you are dealing with an offshore and/or unregulated investment company.

When a broker is unregulated or regulated by an entity outside of your jurisdiction, you have limited to no legal recourse in the event that your funds are compromised. In an event of theft, complaints can only be made if that broker is licensed by the regulator in your jurisdiction.

Some examples of regulatory authorities that issue brokerage licenses are:

  • The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC)
  • The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
  • The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)

If a broker is not licensed by the regulatory authority in your jurisdiction, that likely means that they are unregulated and should be avoided. Even if the brokerage is regulated, it is best to avoid it if the regulator happens to be outside your jurisdiction.

How Online Trading Scams Work?

One of the most prevalent online trading scams is to initially display profitable trades that give the investor a false sense of confidence, and get them hooked to the idea of ‘easy money’. Once this confidence is established, the investor will be marketed the idea of investing more money to earn greater returns. Additionally, other incentives may also be provided to encourage the investor to get their friends and family onboard the platform too.

Once the brokerage believes that they have extracted all available funds from an investor and his/her network, they will then proceed to suspend the account, and the investor will no longer be able to access the funds put in.

Many fraudulent firms will even claim to be domiciled in a regulated jurisdiction, and display fake regulatory licenses and addresses on their websites to try and improve their credibility with unsuspecting investors.

Be careful and verify your information through multiple sources. Constant vigilance should be applied at all times when trying to invest in trading platforms.

  1. Hi,
I have had exactly the same experience with Benjamin Ross and results are the same and my card with which I paid money into Alpasoft is now not recognised. It`s definitely a scam.

  2. Hi,
Approx. 6 weeks ago I invested 250 euros with Alphasoft.ai. With the assistance of their account manager Benjamin Ross, after approx. 4 weeks I decided to test them and with the account managers help was able to withdraw 50 euros (profit) . maximum back to my bank via COINBASE.COM. Money was in my bank account next day. Coinbases fee is 4%
At that time my a/c manager suggested that I should be looking at investing 5000 or even 1000O so that I can enjoy a higher level of income.
Trades to date have been set up by Benjamin. ratio is 1/10. ie 25 per trade. Max. profit 250. with a stop loss of 25.
I advised him that I would not be investing any more until I reached a profit level of 250 euros.
Between yesterday and today ( after 6 weeks trading ) my account showed a profit of 120. Once again I was able to make a withdrawal via coinbase. In this case 100 euros. Coinbase paid £83 into my bank account today 7th March.
Alphasoft ai has an intrinsic method of withdrawal on their website that should allow me to withdraw sums directly to my bank but having attempted this they advise that my card is not recognized which is surprising since my 250 euro deposit was made with my debit card
I have asked Benjamin to sort this out. He says he will contact the finance dept. and get it sorted. He advises that this direct method could take up 14 days for a withdrawal to arrive in my bank account. He has another scheduled tele. appointment with me at 7 pm this evening.
Your response to the above would be greatly appreciated . My gut feeling is that the ‘JURY HERE IS STILL OUT’
    AND OBLIGE
    Hugh

    • Hey Hugh
Your comment/review is really the only one I’ve found online so I’m glad to ‘meet’ you.
I too invested an original amount of 250Eur (3 weeks ago) then an additional 200Eur two weeks later. I was introduced to my account manager, Peter, who then became Julia (both very pleasant people). I credited my account via my Debit Mastercard but have been told to add any future monies in Bitcoin via Coinbase or Etoro (with whom I also have accounts). My story is much the same as you have explained re amount to invest, investments made via robot (for now). I haven’t withdrawn any money as yet but may try soon as the numbers (P&L) ‘are looking good.’
Like you, I just can’t make up my mind whether I’m being scammed or not with ‘the jury still being out’ on that.
I realise this doesn’t help you much but it does mean you’re not alone.
I’ve tried to do my due diligence and looked up various sites to check if Aphasoft.ai is a reputable company to use and found most say yes but other so stay away. I have also looked into their CCA certification which is all it is. They are not regulated by any financial conduct authority, but does that matter to you? I’m not sure it matters to me as the CCA offers 100,000Eur in any complaint damages (albeit I’m led to believe the CCA are also unregulated!)
Anyway, I won’t be giving over any more cash any time soon (as I don’t have any spare) but I may try to withdraw and see what happens. How have things gone for you since your post?
      Thanks
      Nat
